Integrated management of receipts and shipments
BS-Tech operates an integrated Excel-based materials and production management system, which manages receipts, shipments, inventory status, production performance, bill of materials (BOM) management, demand forecasts, and order management . This system enhances material flow transparency, production planning precision, and efficient resource management.
Real-time comprehensive report creation system
BS-Tech uses an Excel-based integrated management system to collect data in real time. Based on this data, we automatically generate context-sensitive graphs and charts, enabling us to instantly create accurate and rapid integrated reports . The integrated reports are designed to provide a comprehensive overview of productivity and material flow, serving as effective decision-making tools for both management and field operators.

We have established a mis-insertion prevention system that links the Model Feeder List, Line Barcode, and Feeder Barcode. Visual and audible NG notifications prevent mis-insertion of parts in advance. This maximizes production quality and effectively prevents operator errors.

Manufacturing Execution System
BS Tech Co., Ltd. plans to implement a manufacturing execution system (MES) to integrate and manage all manufacturing processes, from production planning to real-time process management and quality tracking, based on data. (Planned for implementation in 2025) This will enhance production efficiency, product quality, and delivery reliability.
